this wintergrowing Tulbaghia species is native to the Cape region in South Africa. In my opinion this plant isn't interesting as a specialty bulbs for commercial purposes. The leaves are rather dull and the flowers are small and are green-brown-orange coloured. When you repot the plant it's clear that this plant is related to onions. The damaged roots spread s penetrating onion fragance. During the dormant period the leaves die off.
